Every church
$29
a month, per church
Free for 15 days. No card.
The whole product, for everyone on the staff, on one subscription per church. The first 15 days are free and no card is taken until they end.
Included
The planner is the product. These six are on the same account, and none of them is an add-on.
Inside the product rather than in another tab. It drafts the copy for a piece from its brief, in the church's own terminology, up to five drafts per request, and counts late pieces against the framework's rules.
Owners, staff and volunteers, each with their own list. Nothing is counted per seat, so adding a person does not change the bill.
A direct message in Slack, a post into Google Chat or Microsoft Teams, and an email in every case, when a piece is assigned. A calendar feed per person.
A calendar the church already publishes, from Planning Center, Google, Apple or Outlook. Promo Engine reads it and raises any event on it that no campaign covers. It writes nothing back.
A writing space for a pastor, with the passage text at hand and the studies kept beside the sermon, and three kinds of help on request: grammar, discussion questions, a summary.
Promo Engine notifies staff about their own work and no one else about anything. Reaching the congregation is done by the church through its own tools.
The trial
The trial is enforced in the database, not described on a page, so the sequence below is what a church gets.
Day 1
About two minutes to sign up, then a dozen short screens that fill the product in. No card is requested. The 15 free days start on this day, counted in the church's own time zone.
Day 16
The account owner is asked for a card, on Stripe's page. Until then everyone can still open Promo Engine and read everything in it. Nothing is written, nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.
Any day
Everything keeps working until the end of the month already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. The records stay readable. The church can continue again at any later date.
A church that stops paying keeps read access to everything it entered, for as long as it likes. Each write is refused with one sentence saying why.
Questions
The answers a church needs to decide without a sales call.
$29 a month per church. The price covers the planner, the assistant and every person on the staff, on one subscription. There is no setup fee and no charge per person.
No. Every church gets 15 days free from the day it is set up, and no card is requested until those days end. Setup takes about two minutes and the whole product is available during the trial.
The account owner is asked to continue with a card, on Stripe's page. Until they do, everyone can still open Promo Engine and read everything in it; nothing is written and nothing is deleted. When the church continues, writing resumes.
Yes, from the Billing tab, at any time. Promo Engine keeps working until the end of the month already paid for, and nothing is charged after that. The records stay readable afterwards.
No. Promo Engine is billed month to month. A church that cancels is not charged again.
The planner, the framework, Up next and Plan, Sermons, the assistant that drafts the copy, requests, the calendar read, and delivery to the team's chat tool. There is one plan and nothing is an add-on.
No. Every staff member and every volunteer who needs a list can be added. The price is per church, not per person, and the bill does not change when someone joins or leaves.
By card, through Stripe. The card number is entered on Stripe's page and never reaches Promo Engine, and the monthly receipt comes from Stripe. The card can be changed, and the subscription canceled, from the same place.
The Promo Engine account becomes an Engine account. The framework, the campaigns and the team carry over, and People and Operations open beside them. Nothing is set up twice.
No. Promo Engine sends nothing to a member of a church. It notifies staff about their own work, in Slack, by email or in the team's chat tool. Reaching members is done by the church through the tools it already uses.
Yes. Ask, and the data is provided; the terms say the same. A church's records belong to the church.
Setup takes about two minutes. No card is requested for 15 days.
